About Forslundska Form AB

Orders

When you complete your order a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. In there you'll find all the information about products, price, billing- and delivery adress.
If something in the confirmation should be wrong contact us immediately at info@forslundska.com


Delivery

We will normally deliver packages within Europe in 4-7 days. NOTE! Orders put during weekends/holidays will be sent the following monday/businessday.
Should delays occur (without us informing you about the longer estimated delivery) contact us at info@forslundska.com.

Prices

All our prices is stated in EUR (or SEK) and includes 25% VAT
We stay reserved for eventual price changes caused by price changes from our suppliers, misprint or inaccuracy in the price due to incorrect information and will in that case use our right to adjust the prices.

Return Policy

When you buy products from our webbshop, you as a customer have the right to return your product within 14 days from when you received your ordered product.

How to:
You have to inform us that you've changed your mind. Send your message with additional name, adress, e-mail, order number and what product it's concerning to info@forslundska.com.

You should immediately and within 14 days after that message return the products to us.

You will pay the cost for the return shipping, delivery and the condition of the product. Make sure to pack it appropriately and well.

Refund. We will reserve the right to dock the refund amount to the equivalent of the fall in product value compared with the original value if the product is used or damaged.

Return policy does not apply if:
You've ordered a customized/personalized product.
Services/collaborations has been completed after you've agreed that it should begin without the right of refund/return.

Complaints

We examine all our products before sending it to you. Should the product even so be damaged or wrongly dispatched when it arrives, we will commit to rectify the error free of charge.

You have to contact us for an approval before you return defect products. The complaint can be sent as soon as you've noticed the defection.

How to:
Raise a complaint of eventual defect products to info@forslundska.com. State your name, adress, e-mail, order number and a description of the defect/error.

If we can't fix the defect or send you a new product we will refund you for that product. We will pay the return costs for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it shows that the product isn't defected. We follow  the Swedish Consumer Protection Guidlines (www.arn.se)

Limitation of liability

We do not take responsibility for indirect injuries that might occur due to the product.

We do not take responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances  beyond the control of our company (Force Majeure). These circumstances could for example be strike, fire, war, government decisions or defaulted delivery by supplier.

Personal data

We handle all personal data according to GDPR. The contact information we receive via our contact form on the site, we only use for contact purposes. We never sell or ship information from our site to a third party. In order for you to make a purchase with us, we need information about name, address and telephone number. This information is only used by Forslundska Form AB and the parties involved in the completion of your order. You may at any time request excerpts or alterations of registered information or request them to be deleted. You do this by notifying Forslundska Form AB in writing. An encrypted Internet traffic and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology are used and followed to ensure that your personal information is effectively protected when purchasing.
